First Thing's First

 

Lunch for me is a constant rotation between Chop't Salads, Aoki sushi, or something boring from our in-house cafeteria. And being that each day I'm in the office stuffing my face with Special K at 6:30am, lunch tends to come early for me. So today at 11:30, the usual time I find myself to be bored out of my mind a hungry hippo, a curveball was thrown into my lunch rotation (accidental pun, I'll take it). This is my take on Toasties Deli's "Bird's Eye" chicken salad sandwich. So delicious was this sandwich that I came home 7 hours later and made it for dinner on the same night. Simple ingredients, unreal combination of flavors and anyone with opposable thumbs can make it. Looking forward to chomping on this regularly to beat the midday munchies.
