Chicken Pot miniPie

 


I have to admit I troll around Pinterest more than is cool for a guy to do so. I realize that. But then I find things like Chicken Pot Pie cupcakes. What a fantastic idea. It's like eating a real chicken pot pie without the lingering, uncomfortable feeling that you just ate an entire pie by yourself. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 chicken breast, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup mixed veggies
1 cup shredded cheese (your choice, this is where you can make it your own)
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp bay leaves
2 tsp onion powder1
1 tsp garlic salt
2 cans Pillsbury biscuits

Directions 
1) Preheat oven to 400 degreees 
2) Mix all ingredients (except biscuits) in a big bowl
3) Grease a 12-cup muffin tin and place the biscuits into each cup, pressing into the bottom and up the sides.
4) Spoon mixture into each biscuit cup and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
5) EAT!!
